In this tour we are delighted to take you to small spice farms in the countryside of Zanzibar where cloves, vanilla, nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon, pepper as well as other spices, medicinal, ornamental plants and tropical fruits are grown.
Get familiar of the plants and learn how to use the different spices for use in local dishes, herbal medicine and traditional ceremonies, which are an important aspect of the Zanzibar culture.
